The factory is equipped with Swiss ABB robotic arms, German optical sorting equipment, and Japanese intelligent control systems, achieving full process automation from fresh leaf processing, intelligent withering, precise rolling, constant temperature fermentation to sterile packaging.

The daily processing capacity of fresh leaves reaches 50 tons, and the annual production capacity exceeds 10000 tons, with production efficiency increased by 300% compared to traditional processes.

The factory relies on IoT technology to build a quality traceability system, ensuring zero detection of pesticide residues and heavy metals in each batch of tea through near-infrared spectroscopy detection, metal detection, and AI visual sorting system, with a product qualification rate of 99.8%.

The original CNC fermentation chamber can achieve millisecond level control of temperature, humidity, and oxygen content, accurately replicating the master tea making process, and has obtained 12 national invention patents.

The supporting construction of a sewage treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons and a waste heat recovery system has been awarded the title of "Green Factory" in Zhejiang Province.

As a national level agricultural leading enterprise, Chunli Tea Industry has passed ISO22000, HACCP, and green food certifications, and its products have been exported to 26 countries.
